Everything starts with your idea. You are the specialist for your application, we for the measurement technology. Together we work out the basic requirements for your measuring task and create an idea of an individual measuring system.
After we have gained the basic understanding of your application, we start with the conception of the measurement system, which is the basis for a qualified offer. A first idea of how the solution should look like is created. Already in this phase we prepare a project plan to give you a time frame until serial production.
As soon as your decision for a cooperation has been made, the actual product definition begins. A qualified specification sheet is created from the technical concept. This describes the realization of your product in detail. Thus, when the product definition is completed, you know exactly what your product can do and how it will behave in your system. You can continue to work on your system even without a prototype. In order to provide you with the best possible support for detailed decisions and to minimize your project risks, we are also happy to offer you preliminary tests such as metrological qualification.
Nachdem das Produkt vollständig definiert ist, beginnt die eigentliche Entwicklungsarbeit. Es entstehen Schalt- und Bestückungspläne, Software, Stücklisten und technische Zeichnungen. Am Ende der Entwicklungsphase erhalten Sie erste seriennahe Muster.
Nun sind Sie gefordert! Mit den Mustern aus der Entwicklungsphase können Sie überprüfen, ob unsere Lösung wie erwartet mit Ihrem Produkt zusammenarbeitet. Wenn die Muster Ihren Erwartungen entsprechen, kann die offizielle Qualifizierung beginnen.
Once the developed product meets all the requirements of your system, preparation for series production can begin. This includes the procurement of components in series quantities, EMC tests and the setup of test facilities for series production. At the end of series preparation, further samples are produced to series standard in the course of a pilot series. If the pilot series samples are approved, series production can begin.
Due to a flexible production organization and a high assembly and test capacity, series products can be manufactured with optimized throughput times. With our high-quality calibration and reference equipment, the measuring systems can also be supplied with a calibration certificate or the test data can be made available electronically.
In addition to comprehensive advice on the product itself, we are also happy to support you with questions on calibration, adjustment or repair. For us, service does not end with the start of series production - we continue to support you with various product- and process-oriented services.
